We value your choice to use Follé Nails as your supplier and appreciate your business. We also appreciate the fact that orders may not always go as planned. Therefore, the following sets out our returns policies and processes.
If you decide within 14 days of receiving your order that you no longer to keep it, then you are able to return it for a refund. You must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we must receive the returned items with 14 days of you informing us of your decision. You can inform us of your decision to return an item via our returns form.
Goods will only be accepted for return where they are unused, in their original packaging and in their original condition. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the return value where goods are not received in a suitable condition or where they are received after the 14 day period has expired.
Where you purchase goods from us, you are entitled to a refund for those goods if they are returned due to a fault with the goods. This guarantee is valid for two years from the date you receive the goods. You can inform us of the return of faulty goods via our returns form.
Where stock permits we may offer you an exchange for faulty or unwanted goods. You do not have to accept this offer.
Proof of purchase and refunds
You must be able to provide us with suitable proof of purchase. Refunds will normally be made within 5 working days of us agreeing the refund. We will inspect the returned items within 5 working days of receipt and provide you with our refund offer details within two days of completing this inspection. We reserve the right to refer requests for refunds or returns to an independent tribunal if no agreement is reached.
Refunds will normally be made using the same method as the purchase.
When returning items please include a copy of your delivery note or invoice in your package, so we can link it to your order.
